5) Bank reviews offer, market analysis, reviews owner's situation and orders appraisal.
Within 21-45 days, bank accepts offer or gives counter offer.
If bank accepts offer, closing takes place within 3 weeks.
If bank does not accept offer, agent attempts to get more offers.
6) Closing occurs within 15-20 Days
